User Guide

Please make sure that you have an active internet connection before you start Slicktionary.

Start Slicktionary, if it is not yet running, by using its desktop icon (if installed) of via the start menu.

When started, Slicktionary will hide in the background and all you can see is its icon the the system tray.

To use Slicktionary, hold down shift and right-click on the word you want to translate 1).

Slicktionary will then show the translations of the word in a separate window.

Right-click on the Slicktionary icon in the system tray and choose “Settings” from the menu. This will show you the “Settings” dialog.

Here you can change the mouse button/key you want to use to trigger Slicktionary, and set some additional options.
